Using the Warehouse app for inbound/outbound

Floor-level receiving and dispatch workflows on the Warehouse app.

The Warehouse app gives floor staff a purpose-built view for receiving and dispatching stock, separate from the office-facing dashboard.

Inbound on the app

Warehouse staff can confirm arrivals and record received quantities directly from the floor, keeping the record accurate in real time rather than after the fact.

Outbound on the app

Picking and dispatch confirmation happen the same way — updates made on the app are the same live record the dashboard reads from.
