Driver, Packer, and Warehouse app: one login, different access
Understand how one account can unlock different app experiences by role.
You don't need separate accounts for the dashboard, Driver app, Packer app, and Warehouse app — one login works across all of them, based on what your role is permitted to access.
How access is decided
When your admin sets up your account, they assign a role with specific permissions. Whichever permissions your role carries determine which apps you can log into — dashboard-only, driver-only, warehouse-only, or any combination, all under the same login.
What you'll see
If you're a driver, your job list in the Driver app shows only the jobs assigned to you. If an app you expect to have access to isn't showing up, your role likely doesn't have that permission yet.
