Troubleshooting mobile app login issues

Most mobile app login issues come down to permissions or account status rather than the app itself.

Can't log in at all

Confirm the account has the right permission for that app (driver, packing, or warehouse access) — an account without it will be rejected at login even with correct credentials.

Account seems locked or suspended

A suspended account is rejected at every channel, not just one. Check the account's status with your admin, who can reactivate it if needed.
