Tracking driver allocation and leg status

Follow a container job through its driver legs, from planned to completed.

Each movement of a container — what we call a leg — is tracked individually as it's allocated to a driver and carried out.

Where you'll see this

Drivers see their assigned legs in the Driver app, matched to their own login. Dispatch staff track every leg's status from the dashboard as it progresses.

Leg status stages

  • 1
    New: The leg exists but no driver has been assigned yet.
  • 2
    Planned / Allocated: Scheduled for a driver, then assigned to a specific driver and vehicle.
  • 3
    Accepted: The driver has accepted the job.
  • 4
    In progress: Arrived at pickup, picked up, in transit, and arrived at delivery.
  • 5
    Completed: The movement is finished.
