Understanding Standard Tenant Roles
The default roles every company starts with, and how they can be customized.
Every approved company starts with a set of standard roles already in place, including an Admin role granted to your first user automatically.
What's locked vs. customizable
Standard roles are managed centrally and kept in sync — if one is updated, the change rolls out to every company using it. They can't be edited or deleted at the company level, which keeps them consistent over time.
Adding your own
Alongside the standard roles, you're free to create your own company-specific roles with whatever permission combination fits how your team works.
