How to revoke access when someone leaves your team.

When someone leaves your team, suspending their account cuts off access immediately across every app they could log into.

Suspending an account

A suspended account is rejected at every login point — dashboard, Driver, Packer, and Warehouse — not just one, so there's no channel left open by mistake.

Reassigning their work

Before or after suspending someone, make sure any jobs or roles tied specifically to them are reassigned so nothing gets stuck waiting on an inactive account.
