Managing PWA user accounts (Driver/Packer/Warehouse)

Setting up mobile-app-only accounts for floor and driving staff.

Drivers, packers, and warehouse staff don't need dashboard access to get a working login — their account just needs the right app-specific permission.

Setting up an app-only account

Create the user, skip dashboard access, and assign only the permission for the app they need (driver, packing, or warehouse). They'll be able to log into that app immediately.

Login details

A phone number or an email both work as a login identifier — whichever is easier for that person to use day to day.
