Voiding and correcting invoices

What can and can't be changed once an invoice has been issued.

Once an invoice is issued, most of it is locked to keep what your customer sees accurate and stable.

What can still change

While an invoice is still in draft, a small set of source-job changes (like a job flag or container size update) will sync into it automatically. Once it's issued, that stops.

Voiding

An invoice bundle can be voided, which cascades down to the individual invoices inside it. An individual invoice can't be voided by itself while its bundle is still active.
