From invite to approved: the onboarding review process
How your onboarding submission is reviewed and what happens if changes are needed.
After a good demo fit, you'll receive an onboarding invite by email with a secure link to a form — this is where your company profile actually gets created.
One invite link per company
The same link is reused through the whole pre-approval process, including any "request changes" round — you don't need a new link each time.
Filling out the onboarding form
You'll provide company details, choose a subdomain, and name your first admin (their name and login email, separate from your general company contact info).
Review and approval
Once submitted, our team reviews the form. If something needs adjusting, we'll send it back with a note on what to fix rather than rejecting it outright — you can resubmit using the same invite link. Once approved, your workspace goes live.
